Client Declarations

Please read and acknowledge the following:

1. I understand that I am undertaking a structured 28-day detox program that has been carefully designed to support the natural processes of digestion, elimination, and rejuvenation.

2. To the best of my ability, I agree to follow the program as prescribed, including daily practices, dietary guidelines, and herbal supplements.

3. I commit to drinking a minimum of 1 litre of the recommended medicated water daily, understanding that this is crucial in helping my body flush out toxins efficiently.

4. I acknowledge the importance of rest. If I feel tired or fatigued, I will allow my body the space to slow down rather than pushing through. Detoxification is deep work, and I respect my body’s need for restoration.

5. I understand that while reactions are not expected, each body is unique. If I experience symptoms such as:

•Headaches

•Heavy or aching legs

•Lethargy or low energy

•Constipation or diarrhoea

•Nausea or no appetite

•Increased bowel movements

...I will monitor these closely. If any symptoms persist beyond 24 hours, I will take full responsibility to contact the Health Dynamics team immediately for support.

6. I understand that if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is my responsibility to inform the Health Dynamics team so that I can receive the most appropriate support and guidance tailored to my needs.

Optional One-on-One Support

I understand that I may request a personal consultation during the detox program to support my individual needs and keep me accountable throughout the process. I understand that this is an additional service not included in the standard detox package and that I can book this consultation online via the client portal or by contacting the Health Dynamics Reception Team.

I acknowledge that this detox is a powerful and transformative journey. I am committed to working with my body, not against it. I declare that I will be responsible for my wellbeing throughout this process and will seek professional guidance when needed.
